Dr. Lin is also part of Craig Hospital's Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) program. The CAM program combines the expertise of Colorado's top medical doctors and acupuncturists to address and treat Craig Hospital's most difficult cases. This complementary approach is the first of its kind in Colorado and is being used as a model for other healthcare facilities. Wenying was the first of three acupuncturists (including her husband, Paul) chosen for this honor, and has been recognized for her outstanding abilities and results. Dr. Lin has worked with the Craig Hospital’s research department team since 2000. This August, Craig Hospital has received approval for an NIH grant for an acupuncture study to treat spinal cord injuries.
